These are general terms encompassing a range of activities which assist various groups with a multiplicity of needs. Each guide takes you through step by step the following activities: Conducting regular business meetings for boards, corporate officials, partnerships and other professional and non-professional bodies. Organising meetings to identify and define human resource issues including conflicts which are present within your organisation. Planning meetings to assess and evaluate human resources, including conflict resolution needs, and to match appropriate strategies to the identified organisational needs. By using these training guides, users will learn each individual task that is necessary to optimise their strengths and capacities in human resource management including conflict resolution. Training guides can assist you to brush up on your skills on personnel management and administration.
