Facilitation, Training and Relationship Building

Learn everything from the beginning steps to creating effective reports and assessments at your own pace through our online and face-to-face training modules. Individual, group and organisational training is available from our professional consultants. The Trident Foundation offers many training guides in facilitation, training and relationship building. These are general terms encompassing a range of activities which assist various groups with a multiplicity of needs. Each guide takes you through step by step the following activities:

  • Conducting regular business meetings for boards, corporate officials, partnerships and other professional and non-professional bodies.
  • Organising meetings to identify and define human resource issues including conflicts which are present within your organisation.
  • Planning meetings to assess and evaluate human resources, including conflict resolution needs, and to match appropriate strategies to the identified organisational needs.

By using these training guides, users will learn each individual task that is necessary to optimise their strengths and capacities in human resource management including conflict resolution. Training guides can assist you to brush up on your skills on personnel management and administration. Whether it is basic or advanced concepts that you want to introduce to your organisation on how, for instance, to maximise on the work performance and teamwork of employees, these guides can help you to achieve them expeditiously and easily whilst using "lay terms".

Remember that in the corporate world, staff development and satisfaction means greater efficiency, less staff turnover and greater productivity. Focus includes delivering information to groups in the form of training workshops, both online and face-to-face, and relating to various topics, including "Wellness in the Workplace," "Resiliency to Burnout," "Team Building and Leadership," "Communication and Motivational Skills for Bosses," "Courtesy and Common Sense Equals Productivity," and "Individual and Group Supervision."

The orientation of the workshops includes the following:

  • Conducting brainstorming and focus meetings to gain an understanding of available expertise, knowledge and creativity within organisations.
  • Providing feedback, such as reports, summaries and recommendations in written form to officials and/or organisational members.
  • Organisation and formation of groups and clubs.
  • Consultation associated with organisational membership criteria.
  • Creation of a database back-up.
  • Other related activities.
