Jen is a Registered Social Worker with the Alberta College of Social Workers and a registered Family Mediator with Alberta Family Mediation Society. Jen undertook in her doctoral thesis work an analysis of the following:
Personal Stress, Work-related stress,
Post-traumatic stress disorder, Burnout,
Compassion fatigue, Vicarious traumatization (secondary trauma).
Furthermore Jen undertakes matrimonial / pre-matrimonial counseling to provide you with opportunities to surmount separation and divorce issues. She incorporates both professional counselling for individuals, couples, families, and groups in addition to working with small to medium sized businesses in the areas of human resources, conflict management and organizational development. One of the approaches with you, the service recipient, is to address your underlying, or root issues, so you experience less ongoing stress and physical and emotional drain from the concerns that you are experiencing. This provides an opportunity for you to move beyond coping and to discover your distinctive purpose once the stressors are addressed in your life.

Address betrayal and intimacy issues, Build healthy psychosocial boundaries,
Assist you in your relationships with children, aging parents and colleagues.

Jen currently provides assistance to service recipients, for example, in Canada, Alberta, and the Bow Valley and as far away as Australia. Her practice work linked to online mediation and counseling has been recognized at international levels. Jen is an experienced face-to-face and e-counselor, e-mediator, and e-supervisor. Jen provides a 30 min consultation for free. Furthermore, fees for services may be covered by your insurer. Trident is an incorporated not-for-profit organization depending upon the generosity of individuals, families, groups, organizations and communities to enable it to assist others.
